The Betty Beckman Memorial Mite Tournament is a fun-filled, half-ice jamboree celebrating the end of the season for our Mite program. This event brings together our youngest hockey players for a weekend of teamwork, sportsmanship, and excitement on the ice — a perfect way to wrap up another great year of hockey in Marquette!

Marquette Junior Hockey Tournament Cancellation Policy

Marquette Junior Hockey (MJH) understands that circumstances may arise that require a team to withdraw from a tournament. To ensure fairness and consistency, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all tournament levels, including 10U Girls, 12U Girls, Bantam, Peewee, Squirt, Girls Jamborees, and Mite Jamborees.

Cancellation Policy:

• More than 60 days prior to the tournament start date:
• Cancellations made more than 60 days before the tournament will result in a 50% forfeiture of the registration fee.
• Within 60 days of the tournament start date:
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the tournament start date will result in a 100% forfeiture of the registration fee.

Replacement Exception:

If a team that cancels is able to find another team to take their place, a full refund will be issued once the replacement team’s registration and payment are confirmed.

Additional Notes:

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the tournament director.
• Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Marquette Junior Hockey reserves the right to adjust this policy in the event of extenuating circumstances, such as tournament cancellation by MJH or other unforeseen events.
